While Abroad: Courses and Credits

Remember that, as part of your UCCS application, you completed the UCCS Study Away Course Approval Form. On this form, courses are evaluated/pre-approved by your Academic Advisor and/or Department Chair to count towards your degree. If you end up enrolling in different courses, you must follow the steps below:

1. You must complete a new form and request approval from your Academic Advisor/Faculty Advisor for any courses not previously approved on the UCCS Study Away course approval form (completed course approval forms are uploaded to each student's UCCS education abroad application page and/or emailed to Education Abroad at international@uccs.edu).  
    
2. You must send the updated course approval form to Education Abroad.

As a reminder, please arrange for your program transcript to be sent directly to UCCS Education Abroad so they can be processed properly towards your UCCS degree plan.
